Taming Your Internal Critic
Jo Garside is a leadership and career coach and founder of Time To Glow, helping individuals and organisations make their impact on the world. After nearly a decade spent in the corporate sector, as an HR business partner, she set up her own business Time To Glow that works with both individuals and organisations. Combining her HR and leadership coaching skills, Jo facilitates workshops designed to help people achieve a life full of clarity, confidence and control. She has coached clients across a range of industries, runs workshops on topics such as ‘Taming Your Internal Critic’ and ‘Embracing Conflict’ and recently launched a podcast, Get Comfy, with fellow friend and coach, discussing keywords that spark thoughts and feelings that matter.

In this positive-thinking webinar, Jo Garside introduces the concept of the internal critic and the seven different types it can manifest into, depending on the demands we place on ourselves. She will apply the concept to the kinds of situations specifically fashion entrepreneurs may encounter in their career, drawing out relevant and practical tools to tame negative self-talk and imposter syndrome that you can integrate into your daily life.
