Lila O'Farrell is considered one of New Zealand’s most experienced mindfulness educators. Since 2003 she has taught the evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, and other mindfulness-based programmes and workshops in primary health care, hospital, private, and organisational settings. Lila is a registered teacher and teacher trainer with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia and New Zealand. She is a regular contributor to the online magazine, NZ doctor, and features on the Health Navigator. She has created Mindful Life Consulting and is available for mindfulness-based training, therapy and clinical supervision in New Zealand, and online.
