We talk to Sarah Garton, who runs School of Balance. Sarah was a high achiever in the corporate world before a severe illness made her reevaluate her life. Using her experience of corporate life and a series of complementary techniques, she now helps busy women who crave greater balance in their lives. She is a trained mindfulness meditation practitioner, reiki master, nutritionist and Desire Map facilitator. Through the School of Balance, she runs courses for ambitious, driven women who crave balance in their lives. There is lots of free information on the site in the form of articles, recipes and interviews with experts from around the world, as well as a range of courses that will help you take control of your wellbeing.
