Navigating The Members' Club

The login and log out buttons are located at the top left of the screen. If you can not see any of the content, it is because you are not yet logged in. Your login email address is the email address linked to your payment (usually, your PayPal email address).

All of the masterclasses, tutorials, interviews and events are located in the top navigation bar.

On the main homepage, you will find the masterclasses. You will have a better view of all of the Masterclasses via the "Masterclass" button.

Interviews with inspiring ethical brands and businesses are located in the right-hand column of the homepage.

Website and administration updates are located to the bottom of the page in the right-hand column.

Search

Use the search bar in the top navigation menu. Type in your keywords and the most relevant Masterclasses, Technical Tutorials, Interviews and Events will appear.

Masterclasses

All Masterclasses begin with an introduction and a clickable contents list. If you prefer not to work your way through the Masterclass, you can click a title and jump to that section.

Along with an introduction, the content of each video is bullet-pointed above it, and essential points are detailed below. We recommend watching the videos, as they are filled with more information than the key takeaways, but these are very useful if you don't have time to watch every video.

To play the video, click on the image. You can pause, rewind and fast-forward. Sometimes videos automatically play in low resolution. To change this, click the "cog" button on the bottom right of the video and change the "quality" to a higher resolution.

Audio files are available for every masterclass. This is a handy tool to listen to the Masterclasses on the go.

Technical Tutorials

All Technical tutorials begin with an introduction. The content of each video is bullet-pointed above it, and essential points are detailed below. We recommend watching the videos, as they are filled with more information than the key takeaways, but these are very useful if you don't have time to watch the videos.

Supplier Databases

These are located in the navigation menu under the header "Technical Tutorial".

Each database is laid out in a spreadsheet format. You can filter by headers and use the search bar.
